If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.*1. Passport
-A clear, full-color scan of your passport information page, showing your name, passport number, expiration date, and photo.
-Some universities may also require blank visa pages, so you are advised to upload a few blank pages as well.
*2. Photo
-A recent passport-sized ID photo (2 x 2 inches) with a plain white background.
-Full face visible, no headwear (except for religious reasons).
-Taken within the last 6 months.
*3. Highest Degree Graduation Certificate
-A formal graduation certificate of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree).
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
*4. Highest Degree Academic Transcripts
-Formal academic transcripts of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree), covering ALL academic years, NOT just the final year.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
*5. Non-criminal Record Certificate
-Please note that this document is generally valid for only 6 months. For instance, if you submit your application in March, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than September of the previous year.
-Obtain this certificate from the local police station of your current residence, confirming that you have had no criminal record during the 6 months prior to the date of issuance.
-If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated and notarized by an authorized agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.*6. Physical Examination Form
-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.

-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.*7. Extra Documents for Students in China
Students studying and residing in China must additionally provide:
-A Non-objection Transfer Certificate issued(无异议转学证明) by your previous Chinese university. This document should include your personal information, academic performance (including attendance), estimated graduation date, and your current university’s approval of your transfer application. It must also contain the university’s contact information (email and phone), issue date, and official stamp.
-Scanned copies of all passport pages with entry and exit stamps for China.
-Scanned copies of all visa pages (X1, X2, T, or others) and residence permit pages (if applicable).
-Some universities may also request a recommendation letter from your previous university or other supporting documents.*8. CSCA Test Transcript(s)
-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.
-We are updating detailed information for each university, including the required subjects you have to take for each program and their score requirements. Once the updates are ready, you can check the attachment and information here for this university for the latest information. If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.
-The university requires Specialized Chinese and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Applicants for the Bachelor’s program in Chinese Language and Literature who can provide a valid HSK Level 4 score report may be exempted from the Specialized Chinese exam. For the Mathematics exam, both Chinese and English versions of the test paper are provided; applicants may choose the language of the paper.Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
